Order Processing Times

Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 1-2 Business Days, subject to availability. Please refer to the estimated dispatch time if it is available.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00AM AEST will begin processing the following Business Day.

Processing time is separate from the shipping time, and transit times begin after your order has been picked up by the Courier.

Shipping Policy

There are two primary shipping categories: In-House Services and Courier Services.

Delivery charges are in Australian dollars and include GST. The delivery charge payable for your Order depends on the delivery address, the delivery option or Courier chosen, and the value and weight of your Order, and is confirmed in your quote or Order before payment.

In-House Services

In-House Services are fully operated by Us. The following is the primary service We offer, unless indicated otherwise:

  1. Pick Up: self pickup from Our warehouse.
    1. You need to provide the pickup time in advance.
    2. No same day service.
    3. No on-site service.
    4. The order will not be able to be collected until a notification is sent to You.

Courier Services

Courier Services are operated by Couriers, who can be selected by Us or appointed by You. The delivery charge may vary depending on the shipping address, the delivery option or Courier chosen, and the value and weight of your Order, and is subject to change.

Delivery charges for Print Services

The delivery charge for Print Services may be reduced or waived based on the value of your Order and the delivery destination, at Our discretion. Any reduction is never applied below a delivery charge of $0.

  • The print order value is the total price of the Print Services in your Order, including GST and excluding delivery charges.
  • For Paper Products, the delivery and handling fee is the amount specified in your Order.
  • Where you ask Us to send your Order with a particular Courier or delivery option, a different delivery charge may apply.

Where a different delivery charge policy is specifically stated for your Order or service, that policy applies.

We reserve the right to interpret and apply these delivery rules in Our absolute discretion, and the delivery charge (including any reduction) quoted in your Order is the correct amount.

There may be an additional handling charge for delivery including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

  1. Location requires lifting of goods more than one meter from ground level;
  2. Location has limited access for vehicles;
  3. Location has no elevator for a multiple-level building;
  4. Incorrect address provided;
  5. You request delivery of goods on pallets, which requires a tail gate, forklift or other lifting equipment; and/or
  6. You request to meet a specified delivery time.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide delivery service.

Delivery Time

We will endeavour to produce and deliver your Product within 1-12 Business Days to your nominated address.

We do not guarantee Courier pickup, transit or delivery times. Any timeframe shown or quoted (including an estimate provided by a Courier) is indicative only and may change due to circumstances beyond Our control.

To the extent permitted by law, delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.

For online orders, if delivery cannot be made to your nominated delivery address, you agree for the Courier to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Cancellation, Warranty & Return Policy

For an order that is not collected by Courier or driver, You can cancel it by contacting us immediately to process.

For an order that is collected, in transit, but not arrived, please make contact with Us to find out what can be done to minimize the cost on You. Charges may be applied by Couriers for return or redirect. We cannot guarantee the outcome, but we will try our best. To the extent permitted by law, We are free from any liability and cost from such incidents.

We do not provide Change-of-Mind returns.

By default, We will provide refunds for relevant goods that do not match the description of the product, have fault to use and defects.

For replacement or return goods, You will pay for any cost incurred to ship goods back to our warehouse.

Damaged Shipments: for goods that arrive damaged, please note the damage on the Courier's delivery receipt (if applicable for freight) and take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Please contact us immediately to know how to process further.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows "delivered," but You have not received goods, please contact Us immediately to know how to process further. If the package is confirmed lost by the Courier, We will work with You to find a resolution, including sending a replacement.
