Everything you need to know about ordering printing and copy paper from Ream Page. If you can't find your answer, contact us — we're happy to help.

Printing

• How do I place a print order? Upload your document through the print checkout and choose inkjet or laser. We review your file and confirm your quote before production.
• Which print service should I choose? Inkjet is our economy option for everyday documents on 70–80gsm copy paper. Laser is our commercial option for sharper output and coated stocks. Compare both in the print quality guide at /helps/print-quality-guide.
• What does printing cost? B&W inkjet from 15¢ per side and colour from 25¢; laser from 18¢ B&W and 36¢ colour at entry volume, falling with quantity. See the full table on the printing page at /printing.
• Can I mix inkjet and laser in one order? Yes — tell us in the order comments.
• Can you staple or bind my documents? Stapling is free for the first 30 booklets per order, then 11¢. Comb binding with covers is from $3; backing boards are $1 per sheet.

Delivery & pickup

• When will my order be dispatched? Orders under 10,000 pages are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM AEST begin processing the next business day.
• How long does delivery take? 1–12 business days depending on destination; metro Melbourne is usually 3–5 business days.
• How much is delivery? Print orders over $40 are delivered free in Zone 1 (Melbourne metro); below that, delivery is $5. Outside Zone 1, delivery is quoted by address and rebated against your order total.
• Do you offer urgent or same-day orders? No. Orders are produced in queue and we don't process urgent orders.
• Can I pick up my order? Yes, from our warehouse at 4 Milgate St, Oakleigh South VIC 3167. We'll notify you when your order is ready — no same-day pickup.

Copy paper wholesale

• What's the minimum order? 2 cartons per product.
• Can I order more than 40 cartons? Yes — contact us to arrange delivery.
• How is delivery charged? Delivery is quoted per order based on your address and quantity.
• What does a carton contain? Five reams of 500 sheets — 2,500 sheets per carton.

Returns & refunds

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. If something isn't right — a faulty product, a print that doesn't match your order, or a damaged shipment — contact us within 14 days and we'll sort it out. Print refunds apply where we print incorrectly or use a different service type; paper refunds apply after the goods are returned, and used paper isn't refundable.
