Definitions

“We”, or “Us” means Ream Page Trading Pty Ltd (ACN:684 315 633)

“You” means the entity who receives our services by any means.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and date We specified in advance).

Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please refer the estimated dispatch time if it is available

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00AM AEST will begin processing the following business day.

Processing time is separate from the shipping time, and transit times begin after your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Policy

There are two primary shipping categories, which are In-House Services and Courier Services.

In-House Services are fully operated by Us. Following are the primary services We offer, unless indicating otherwise:

1. Pick Up: self pickup from Our warehouse.
   1. You need to provide the pickup time in advance.
   2. No same day service.
   3. No on site service.
   4. Order will not be able to be collected until a notification is sent to You.
2. Weekly Runner: Time insensitive service.
   1. We will schedule the date and time of delivery and notify You.
   2. Delivery usually happens next week after the order is paid and fulfilled.
   3. Delivery areas are limited to listed suburbs on the website.
   4. Delivery charge may be changing without advance notice

Courtier Services are operated by third party logistics service providers, who can be selected by Us or appointed by You. Delivery charge may be various depending on shipping address and it is subject to change.

There may be an additional handling charge, for delivery including, but not limited, to following criticisms:

1. Location is required lifting of goods more than one meter from ground level,
2. Location has limited access for vehicle,
3. Location has no elevator for multiple level building,
4. Incorrect address provided,
5. You request to deliver goods in pallets, which required tail gate, forklift or other lifting equipments, and/or
6. You request to meet the provided delivery time.

We reserve the right to refuse providing delivery service.

Cancellation, Warranty & Return Policy

For order that is not collected by courier or drivers, You can cancel it with immediate contact with us to process.

For an order that is collected, in transit, but not arrived, please make contact with Us to find out what can be done to minimize the cost on You. Charges may be applied by couriers for return or redirect. We can not guarantee the outcome, but we will try our best. We are free from any liability and cost from such incidents.

We do not provide Change-of-Mind returns.

By default, We will provide refunds for relevant goods that do not match the description of the product, have fault to use and defects.

For replacement or return goods, You will pay for any cost incurred to ship goods back to our warehouse.

Damaged Shipments: for goods that arrive damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt (if applicable for freight) and take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Please contact us immediately to know how to process further.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows "delivered," but You have not received goods, please contact Us immediately to know how to process further. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, We will work with You to find a resolution, including sending a replacement.
